My Fiance has decided that we are on a break and that she doesn't want to talk to me until she figures things out. What do I do?

What choice do you have? She is taking a break. If you truly want to be with her, I would wait for at least a reasonable length of time (you decide what reasonable is, or ask her how long she thinks she might need) before you move on.
