Can I use midlife crisis to stop no fault divorce?

by Diane
(MN)

My husband wants to file for a divorce with no counseling first.
I believe he is in a midlife crisis and can not make a life changing decision right now. Can I get it stopped or delayed because of his situation???
I mean will the courts even care about that?

Noel's response

Interesting question, but I am not a lawyer, so can't tell you the answer. If you know a lawyer, ask him or her.

You might also google 'woman, help, divorce' and see what you come up with. There are many sites with advice for women who may be facing divorce.
