It is quite normal for a man your age to have less vigorous squirting during orgasm.

However if it truly just oozes, rather than even squirting weakly, I would see your doctor, as you may have a prostate problem that needs attention.

I have heard that if you do an exercise of squeezing as if to stop the flow of urine (not while you are urinating), and hold it as long as you can, then release and do it again, you can over time achieve more satisfying orgasms. This is said to work for men and women.
I have not tried it myself.
