How to control my behaviour

im aged 62 yrs, i was faced at work with an employee 37 yrs, approached me and started to talk about her problems, I become involved emotionally, i told her I love you but she was only feeling im her father, still i send her messages via mobile to tell her I love you, I dont want this and im not happy, im having bad marital life but meantime, i have a very loving girlfriend and im happy with her, how i can control my behavior and stop sending those messages? i feel very ashamed of myself

The only thing I can suggest is you see a counselor to help you figure out what need (outside of lust) you are trying to satisfy by chasing women. You will no doubt find you think they can satisfy some need inside you that only you can truly meet.
