The Question

I was with my husabnd for 11 years and married for three.

He is 32 and has ran off with a friend of mine who is 19 years old. He has left me pregnant and our two small children who are five and seven years.

He does not pay me any money towards the children or help me to buy all the stuff for the new baby and has seen his kids only four times. He didn't give anything to the kids for christmas, he won't give me a divorce and treats me like I am the one who has had the affair.

From the sound of what you told me (note to other readers: I edited quite a bit out), my advice is to get a good lawyer and start divorce proceedings. He needs to grow up, and you need to move on.
