is it normal for a 40 year old husband to have less sperm after sex when his tired.

I am not sure what you mean be less sperm after sex. Normally a man ejaculates his sperm during sex. If you mean is it normal for a man to ejaculate a smaller amount of seminal fluid when he is tired, I am not sure of the answer. Perhaps someone reading this will know.
