my husband

My husband is 46. he is bipolar and has no interest in sex. never has been really sexual. But now its been over a year. we've been together 13 years. And he loves me very much.I am not overweight or ugly. please help.

I am not a professional counselor, so can't suggest much. Assuming your husband is on medication for his bipolar condition, I wonder whether his meds have any effect on his sexual desire?

Perhaps some online research would give you some information, and/or a visit with your doctor, or his, to get information about the side-effects of whatever medication he is on.

If the medication has no effect on his sexual desire, I suggest you go to marriage and/or sex counseling to see whether there is some unresolved issues between you that prevent him from wanting sex.
