I work with a 17 year old female. I'm a 42 year old male. she sends me picture messages of her semi naked, kisses me at work, i feel guilt but tonight she asked me to have sex with her in my car, I'm so tempted but don't know what to do.

I would be very careful about the relationship, as she sounds a little 'needy' or has some big projection on you (maybe you are a 'father figure'?).

If you decide to have sex with her, be sure you are protected (for both a venereal disease and against pregnancy).

I doubt she would be a candidate for a long-term relationship.
