sperm color

Question
We have sex infrequently. Does sperm color give any clue that my husband is doing it with others? The sperm is clear and very little.

Sperm is usually whitish, or white-clear. I do not know whether there being a small amount, and mostly clear, is an indication that he is doing it with others.

If it was red-tinged, or brownish, he should see a doctor right away, as it may indicate prostate cancer, or some other health problem.
