Support Groups

Are you aware of any support groups, real life preferable but online would do, for men experiencing midlife issues. I am in Toronto and just really want to talk to some "disinterested" fellow travelers.

I am not personally familiar with any in Toronto, but I googled 'men's support group Toronto' and got quite a few hits.
