Why are his feelings changing so much?

Why are his feelings for me different each day? One day he's ok, the next he can't seem to stand the sight of me. I'm lost.

It is normal for a man in a midlife transition to feel more emotional, and perhaps to have mood swings. It is similar to the mood swings most women in menopause experience.
